We are seeking a highly competent consultant to strengthen our team with expertise across both DevOps and backend development. This position covers a broad range of responsibilities, including designing, operating, and improving development and production environments, as well as building reliable and scalable backend services. You will play an important role in the team and contribute directly to stable, high-quality, and forward-looking solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services with strong emphasis on performance, reliability, and security.
• Build, manage, and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines.
• Drive automation of deployment and operational workflows.
• Monitor systems and proactively improve availability and efficiency.
• Work closely with developers, operations teams, and stakeholders to ensure effective and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least 6 years of hands-on experience in DevOps and/or backend engineering.
• Strong technical background in:
• DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), automation, and monitoring solutions.
• Backend development: Practical experience with modern languages and frameworks such as C#, Java, .NET, Python, or Node.js.
• Proven experience with Azure environments and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Familiarity with Git-based version control and agile development practices.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
