Role Description

We are seeking a part-time, with the potential for a future full-time role, Graphic Designer to join our team on-site in Sandnes. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the design creation process with all customers and developing templates and best practices that boost response rates. You will work with leading brands within some of the world's most experience-driven industries, such as Sports, Festivals, Attractions, Hospitality and FMCG. You’ll collaborate closely with customers to align designs with their goals and manage projects from concept to completion.


You don’t need to be a finished expert. What matters most is that you’re excited to learn, enjoy collaborating with others, and take pride in delivering great work.


What We’re Looking For


  • Capable in Adobe, InDesign, Illustrator & related tools
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team
  • Reliable, structured and the ability to take ownership of tasks
  • Curious, positive and eager to learn
  • Self-driven, but happy working as part of a team
  • Open to feedback and motivated to improve
  • Proficient in both English & Norwegian.


Important: If you have the right attitude and personality, we’re happy to provide training in Adobe, InDesign, and Illustrator. We believe skills can be taught - mindset can’t.
