Human Resources Coordinator

• Mandatory details/Skills – Minimum 5 years of experience in blue-collar recruitment, preferably within the construction industry

Job description:

• Maintain and update HR data, employee records, and recruitment trackers accurately and on time
• Strong computer skills, especially MS Excel
• Coordinate with associate offices and internal departments for smooth delegation and onboarding processes
• Timely sharing of CVs, medical reports, offer letters, MOLs, visas, tickets, and other required documents with clients
• Follow up on ticket and document corrections, document amendments, and approvals, when required
• Ensure legal compliance related to recruitment, labour documentation, contracts, and government requirements
• Liaise with legal, PRO, and operations teams to ensure timely processing of permits, visas, and employment-related formalities
• Support operations team with manpower mobilization, deployment schedules, and site requirements
• Efficient in obtaining documents promptly from clients and associate offices
• Willing to be flexible with office timings based on operational requirements
• Strong follow-up skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
