Role Summary:

This role involves transforming interior spaces to meet specific design and functionality needs, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, within budget, and to the clients satisfaction.


Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Management: Oversee all phases of retail fitout projects from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Team Coordination: Lead and manage project teams, including subcontractors and suppliers, to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality outcomes.
  • Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all work meets the required standards and specifications, conducting regular site inspections and quality checks.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring precision in all aspects of the project.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to address and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to manage changes and unexpected challenges
  • Client-Focused: Commitment to delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong client relationships.


Requirements:

  • 6-7 years of experience in handling, retail, F&B and supermarket projects.
  • Graduate in D- Arch / B- Arch
  • Role holder should be technically competent in the below software's:

Auto cad

Microsoft Project ( MSP)

3D will be a added advantage.

MS Excel PowerPoint
