We are seeking a VP of Operations who will lead the evolution from traditional internal production toward a network based integrator model. You will design the operational infrastructure, orchestrate supplier partnerships, and ensure internal production remains a source of speed, agility, and premium service.

You will be responsible for

• Delivering the outsourcing growth plan toward 40% of revenue by 2026 and 75% by 2028

• Architecting and stabilising supplier ecosystems including selection, onboarding, performance, and quality governance

• Leading and developing an expansion team that owns supplier identification, planning transformation, and production integration

• Owning outcomes linked to supplier delivery, quality, internal speed capacity and monthly production revenue targets

• Collaborating with finance, supply chain, planning, production, and executive leadership to ensure alignment and execution excellence

You will need

• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations with a strong track record of scaling complex distributed or hybrid environments

• Proficiency with ERP systems, digital reporting, process automation, and supplier integration tools

• Proven leadership experience across production, planning, and external partner management

• Experience within precision manufacturing or aerospace is preferred but not essential

• A strategic and coaching mindset, strong presence, systems thinking capability, and behaviours that promote clarity, alignment, and continuous improvement

Location

Based in Quebec, regional travel required with occasional trips into the United States.
