On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Product Manager, Customer Segments for a 2-year role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.
Product Manager, Customer Segments - Job Description:
The Manager, Customer Segments will lead the development and execution of affiliate referral models and sponsorships to accelerate the growth of the Newcomers to Canada segment. This role involves driving community engagement and collaborating with branches, immigration services, influencers, and key organizations for large-scale community events.
Product Manager, Customer Segments - Responsibilities:
• Identify, develop, and execute affiliate partnerships to grow the priority segment portfolio
• Lead strategy for key sponsorship proposals and events
• Build activation strategies in alignment with brand guidelines and stakeholders
• Execute events focusing on Newcomers to Canada with cross-functional teams
• Evaluate and report on competitor group banking events
• Partner with various teams to analyze data for driving conversion and retention
• Identify best practices for customer communication and cross-sell
• Monitor performance and advocate for resource prioritization
• Develop strategies to influence cross-functional leaders
• Drive innovation in the segment program
Product Manager, Customer Segments - Mandatory Skills:
• 5-7 years in Strategy, Consulting, or Product Management roles
• Experience in banking industry and branches
• Experience running events, building strategy, and managing partnerships
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to lead diverse and cross-functional groups
• Experience with customer segmentation and market research
• Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills
Product Manager, Customer Segments – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Excellent relationship development and management skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments
