We are looking for Python Developers with an entrepreneurial spirit to join an innovative AI-driven fintech startup dedicated to transforming private market investments for institutional investors. What You Will Be Doing

  • Develop and maintain backend code in Python.
  • Enhance and expand the UI using Streamlit and Svelte.
  • Implement best practices in software development, including object-oriented programming principles and Agile methodologies.
  • Participate in code reviews, offering constructive feedback to improve code quality and maintainability.

What We Need From You

  • Have recently graduated or have limited industry experience.
  • Possess a strong understanding of Python development and object-oriented programming.
  • Are familiar with web development frameworks like Flask or FastAPI.
  • Have some knowledge of Streamlit.
  • Understand database technologies such as MongoDB.
  • Are experienced with version control systems like Git and GitHub.
  • Have excellent problem-solving skills and a growth-oriented mindset.
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with Streamlit and Svelte.
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and frameworks like React, VueJS, or AngularJS.
  • An interest in or experience with data visualisation, machine learning, or big data.
  • Previous experience in a start-up environment.
  • An understanding of the full software development stack.

Compensation And Benefits
