Project Description:

• We are seeking a skilled AI Agentic Developer in implementing solutions within financial institutions.

Responsibilities:

• We’re looking for AI Software engineers to:
• Design and develop Agentic AI applications with a focus on prompt engineering, LangChain, and agentic AI frameworks.
• Build scalable, secure, and sustainable solutions using Python and modern programming techniques.
• Integrate cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) to deploy and manage AI models effectively.
• Conduct rigorous code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality outputs.
• Enhance existing AI solutions while exploring new technologies to improve user experience and business outcomes.

Mandatory Skills Description:

• Minimum Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience with Generative AI, specifically with Large Language Models (LLM) and Langchain.
• Proficient in Prompt Engineering: Skilled in crafting and optimizing prompts for AI applications
• LangChain Expertise: Familiarity with integrating and designing AI workflows using LangChain and similar frameworks.
• Python Proficiency: Strong coding ability in Python, with a focus on AI-related libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI API).
• Cloud Experience: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying and managing AI solutions.
• AI Lifecycle Management: Understanding of best practices for developing, deploying, and maintaining AI models across their lifecycle.
• Solid knowledge of SDLC processes, including secure coding practices, code reviews, and performance optimization.

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

• Knowledge of Agile
