We’re partnering with a large, well-funded healthcare technology platform that’s deep into a meaningful engineering transformation. This is not UI polish or surface-level work — you’ll help modernise a complex product estate used by millions of users, with real influence over architecture, performance, and delivery quality.

The company has already invested heavily in front-end foundations, mobile experience, and developer standards. The next hires will directly shape how the platform evolves.

Role Shape (Important)

This is not a mobile-only role, and it’s not legacy Angular.

• ~70% Web — Modern Angular (v16+, ideally v18)
• Standalone components, clean state, performance optimisation
• ~20% Mobile — React Native
• Supporting and extending a live production app (iOS & Android)
• ~10% Quality — Testing & release discipline
• You own what you ship — no chaos, no handoffs

What You’ll Be Working With

• Angular v16+ (v18 ideal) — modern Angular only
• TypeScript — strong, day-to-day usage
• React Native — production experience with live apps
• React.js — component-driven UI, shared logic with mobile
• State management — RxJS / Signals experience a plus
• REST APIs, performance tuning, scalable UI patterns

Testing & Engineering Quality

• Jest — unit testing
• Cypress / Playwright — integration & E2E
• CI/CD pipelines and structured release processes
• Engineers own delivery quality end-to-end
