Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior PMO Analyst to play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects through strong governance, reporting, and process excellence. The ideal candidate will bring deep PMO expertise, a structured mindset, and enthusiasm for driving projects to success while maintaining the highest standards of governance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve project management methodologies, standards, and best practices.
  • Create and maintain PMO processes, frameworks, and templates to enhance project delivery effectiveness.
  • Generate detailed dashboards, status reports, and steering committee materials for leadership review.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations for senior executives, clearly communicating project progress, risks, and dependencies.
  • Lead stakeholder discussions and presentations, proactively highlighting issues and recommending corrective actions.
  • Monitor project performance across scope, schedule, budget, and quality, ensuring timely reporting to stakeholders.
  • Identify PMO and project management gaps and implement corrective actions and process improvements.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Facilitate project planning sessions, workshops, and governance meetings to identify risks, constraints, and interdependencies.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and support to project managers and delivery teams.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including RAID logs, plans, and reports.
  • Ensure governance, compliance, and adherence to established PMO standards and organizational policies.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong experience in PMO (Project Management Office) environments.
  • Excellent knowledge of project governance, reporting, and controls.
  • Proven ability to create executive-level dashboards and presentations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to identify risks, gaps, and dependencies and drive practical solutions.
  • High attention to detail with a structured and analytical approach.
  • Experience supporting multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and reporting platforms (e.g., MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, or similar).

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a PMO, Project Analyst, or Project Governance role.
  • PMO, PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are an advantage.
