Since 2011, we’ve built creative partnerships with world-leading publishers such as Microsoft, Nintendo, Ubisoft, Sony, Gameloft, Take2, EA, and more. While leveraging our own cutting-edge tools and R&D capabilities, we’ve co-created a multitude of award-winning projects for video game IPs and franchises including Call of Duty, Diablo, Assassin’s Creed, Star Trek, The Walking Dead, Doctor Who, and many more.

Through primarily organic growth, we are proudly independent, now home to around 1,100 creatives based in Europe, North America, and South America.


We are looking for an experienced People & Business Partner (PBP) who will be responsible for aligning business objectives with specialists and management in designated units, delivering value-added support to the organisation’s strategic goals. The PBP maintains an effective level of business literacy regarding the business unit’s financial position, its mid-range plans, its culture, and its competition.


Superpowers you have:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues in global companies
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including talent acquisition, compensation practices, organisational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and employment laws
  • Solid understanding of HR analytics, people metrics, and data-driven decision-making
  • Experience managing people budgets and supporting compensation-related initiatives
  • Practical knowledge of labour law and HR compliance (experience working with Legal teams is a plus)
  • Strong consulting, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence at all levels of the organisation
  • Advanced in English (written and spoken)

  • Partner with business and People leadership to develop and implement people strategies, policies, and workforce plans
  • Support business unit restructuring, succession, and talent planning
  • Monitor management practices and drive talent management excellence
  • Own people budgeting for assigned business units

Consultancy & Communication

  • Act as a trusted advisor for line managers on all people-related topics
  • Identify and communicate people risks, trends, and challenges to stakeholders
  • Support leadership communication and engagement within service lines

Talent & Performance Development

  • Drive performance management processes and metrics
  • Coach managers on performance, career development, and employee growth
  • Identify learning needs and support training and executive coaching initiatives

Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Manage complex employee relations cases and investigations
  • Lead employee engagement surveys and support action planning
  • Strengthen employee experience, engagement, and retention

Data, Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure accuracy of HR data, reporting, and people analytics
  • Provide HR policy guidance and ensure legal compliance in partnership with Legal
