Responsibilities
- User Research & Analysis : Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to gather insights into user behavior, preferences, and pain points. Translate findings into actionable design improvements.
- Design & Prototyping : Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for both web and mobile applications, ensuring user-centric design principles.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design concepts with business goals and technical requirements.
- User Interface Design : Develop visually appealing, consistent, and intuitive user interfaces that enhance usability and overall user experience.
- Usability Testing : Organize and conduct usability tests to validate designs, gather user feedback, and iterate on design solutions to improve functionality and user satisfaction.
- UI/UX Best Practices : Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design and incorporate them into the design process.
- Responsive Design : Ensure that designs are optimized for all devices and screen sizes, ensuring a seamless experience across platforms.
- Brand Consistency : Maintain brand consistency throughout the product by creating and following design systems and style guides.
- Design Handoff : Prepare detailed design specifications and guidelines for developers, ensuring a smooth design-to-development handoff.
- Collaboration in Agile Environment : Participate in agile teams, contributing to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative design development.
- Educational Background : Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
- Experience : Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Design Tools : Expert knowledge of design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.
- Portfolio : Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions across web and mobile platforms.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS : Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS) to ensure feasible designs and effective collaboration with developers.
- Problem-Solving Skills : Proven ability to solve complex design challenges and translate business requirements into user-friendly designs.
- Communication Skills : Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design ideas and concepts clearly to stakeholders and team members.
- Knowledge of Design Systems : Experience in building and maintaining design systems to ensure consistency across all products and platforms. Experience with Salesforce Lightning Design system is a plus.
- Attention to Detail : Strong attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Adaptability : Ability to stay adaptable and flexible with design trends, user behavior changes, and new technologies.
