About The Role
We are seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our Mumbai Tech Team. This role is ideal for a creative thinker, a proactive doer, and a strategic problem solver who can craft engaging digital experiences that resonate with users and meet business objectives. As a key member of our design team, you will act as the bridge between design and development, ensuring that every pixel, interaction, and user journey is seamless, intuitive, and aligned with the brand vision. Your work will directly influence how our clients' brands communicate and connect with their audiences across various digital platforms.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably within an agency or technology-driven environment. A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in web design, landing pages, or product UI/UX is essential. You should possess a solid understanding of HTML, CSS, backend logic, and SEO fundamentals, enabling effective collaboration with developers. Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow, and experience with motion design tools are advantageous. Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills are vital to succeed in this role. A problem-solving mindset and a passion for creating user-centric designs are also key attributes we value.
