We are looking for a remote, full-time Senior Product Manager with 5+ years of product management experience. You will be responsible for product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, and working closely with engineering, customer success, and sales teams.

The Product Manager establishes the product roadmap and ensures the client stays a market leader.
Our client provides integrated software and marketing solutions for the hospitality industry, specializing in short-term rental management. Their platform provides vacation rental companies with an enterprise-class Property Management System that integrates booking, guest communications, and financial reporting, all built with partner organization integrations in mind.
Responsibilities
- Determine customers' needs and desires through conversations with customers, internal teams with a deep understanding of the users, and market research
- Collaborate with engineering to plan, build, and deliver new features
- Recommend the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements, appraising new product ideas, and/or product or packaging changes
- Assess market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products
- Bring new products to market by building, analyzing, and iterating on product requirements and product development programs; preparing return-on-investment analyses; and establishing time schedules with engineering and manufacturing
- Assist in product pricing by utilizing market research data; reviewing production and sales costs; anticipating volume; and costing special and customized orders
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; and establishing personal networks
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Required Experience
- Excellent verbal and written English communications to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
- 5+ years in product management
- Ability to work productively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with a high degree of initiative and personal accountability to tackle customer challenges/requirements
- Experience in an Agile product and engineering process
- A real passion for new technologies
- Command and confidence with data that creates compelling content, such as benchmark reports
- Ability and mindset to measure and improve content performance continuously through the creation of reports leveraging Google Analytics, Salesforce, and social media analytics tools, as well as in-house reporting capabilities
- Trustworthy, team-oriented, and transparent
