With the recent achievement of a milestone, the launch of our first software product idoba.sim, we are seeking expressions of interest from enthusiastic, Full Stack Developers to join our Development team. In this role you will be responsible for designing and implementing interactive and scalable software solutions end to end.

The successful candidate will be ideally an accomplished Full Stack Developer with Python and React experience, and you will be responsible for building scalable web applications and shaping our software architecture with your technical excellence.

We are looking for a self-starter, someone who thrives on taking ownership of projects and wants to be a part of an exciting, revolutionary solution that we are creating here at idoba.

Key responsibilities include.

• Design, Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Python and React
• Build scalable backend services with moder python frameworks and dynamic, responsive frontend applications
• Collaborate with product design, DevOps teams to translate requirements into robust software solutions, following CI/CD automated testing, and deployment best practices
• Participate in code and architectural reviews, ensuring high standards for code quality, performance, security and maintainability
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise applications for performance, scalability and security

To be successful, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience;

• 5+ years hands on experience with Python and React in production environments
• Demonstrated software development experience, technical leadership would be considered an advantage
• Demonstrated experience designing and building modern software architectures (microservices, serverless, cloud-based)
• Strong understanding of Restful API’s, JSON and asynchronous programming
• Demonstrated experience in automated testing frameworks, test driven development and CI/CD pipelines
• Demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies and collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence
