About the Role

We’re seeking a Project Managers and Senior Project Manager to join our Sydney team, with an exciting pipeline delivering major projects across various industries including the education sector, Tier 1 developer-led residential, social housing, and high‑rise apartment projects.

You’ll manage the full project lifecycle—brief development, design coordination, procurement, stakeholder engagement, and contract administration—while collaborating with government agencies, consultants, and developers to deliver high‑impact community outcomes.

About You

You’ll bring 3–8 years’ experience in project management consultancy or a related delivery environment, with a strong track record supporting or leading built-form projects $20M+.

Your background will ideally include experience of working across education, social infrastructure, residential, public-sector projects.

You’ll have:

• Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Architecture, Construction, Engineering, or related discipline
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to thrive in complex project environments
• A collaborative mindset, proactive attitude, and commitment to continuous learning
• Desire to progress your career in a high-performing consultancy environment
