We are seeking a talented and experienced PHP Lead Developer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in PHP development and will be responsible for leading our PHP projects, ensuring high standards of software quality.
Primary Responsibilities- Lead and manage PHP development projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues.
- An ability and desire to mentor junior team members
- Confident in ability to describe skills and knowledge
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- 8+ years experience in PHP development
- 5+ years experience in Laravel Framework
- Excellent understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and AJAX.
- Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
- Experience with AWS
- Docker experience
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
- Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and their declarative query languages.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Experience working in a US based environment
- Strong Command of the English Language
