The Role
Join a small, agile team (max. 5 people) and work across the full software lifecycle:
- Designing, coding, testing, deploying, and running production systems
- Learning fast through hands-on training from experienced engineers
- Shaping products directly with enterprise clients and seeing your work in use by millions
About You
- Bachelors + Masters Degree in Computer Science, Math, or Physics
- Strong coding skills in C/C++, Python, or Java
- Eager to learn, adapt, and take ownership
- Based or willing to relocate to Hamburg
- Fluent English speaking
Bonus: Go, Kotlin, JavaScript/TypeScript, front-end frameworks, functional programming, cloud systems, ML/AI, or competitive programming. PhD studies is a bonus.
