Role and Reporting Lines

This role reports to the CFO. Responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Investment – Lead strategic investment analysis and capital allocation proposals
  • M&A Execution – Direct all phases of acquisitions from origination to post-deal integration
  • Investor Engagement – Act as a key contact for institutional investors and analysts
  • Capital Funding – Partner on equity and debt funding initiatives and roadshows
  • Post-Deal Analysis – Lead financial performance analysis against base case assumptions
  • Financial Modelling – Oversee the creation of complex models for board-level decision-making
  • Market Communications – Produce investor materials, board presentations, and financial disclosures
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with finance, legal, and business development teams
