DevOps Engineer | Fintech & AI | Dublin (Hybrid)

We are working with an ambitious, fast-growing fintech start-up with global aspirations, building innovative products at the intersection of finance, cloud, and AI. With experimentation and impact at their core, they are now looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to help scale a high-growth platform from Ireland to the world.

In this role, you’ll be a key member of the engineering team, owning cloud and DevOps strategy end-to-end. You’ll design and maintain secure, scalable infrastructure on Microsoft Azure, support AI and MLOps workloads, and work closely with product and engineering leaders to enable rapid experimentation and delivery. This is a hands-on role with real autonomy, where your decisions will directly shape the platform’s future.

What you’ll do:

• Build, optimise, and scale cloud-native infrastructure on Azure
• Support AI model deployment, MLOps pipelines, and AI platforms
• Develop CI/CD pipelines and automation to streamline releases
• Improve reliability, observability, performance, and security
• Champion DevOps best practices and a culture of operational excellence

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years’ experience in cloud / DevOps roles (Azure preferred)
• Strong CI/CD, containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes), and IaC experience
• Exposure to AI infrastructure or ML platforms
• Startup mindset: proactive, adaptable, and impact-driven
