Full Stack Developer (Mid) – Remote (Europe)

AI Kosmo builds AI-powered digital concierges for hotels. We're a young, remote-first team of 9 (4 devs including CTO) based across Europe, meeting quarterly in Northern Italy.

The Role

Your first projects:

1. Port our marketing website to Next.js, translating Figma designs into pixel-perfect code and merging it with our cloud dashboard
2. Own the dashboard UX evolution: you'll have real authority to rethink layouts, propose improvements, and shape how hoteliers interact with our product daily

Long-term, you'll work across our full stack as needed.

Tech Stack

• Frontend: Next.js 16+ (App Router, Server Components), React 19, Tailwind, shadcn/ui, TanStack Query
• Backend: Bun, TypeScript, Hono, Supabase, Redis
• Patterns: Functional style, ts-pattern, neverthrow

Requirements

• Strong React + Next.js with Server Components experience
• Strong opinions about good UX — you notice friction, propose solutions, and care about the details that make interfaces feel right
• Eye for design implementation
• Comfortable with TypeScript
• Eager to learn and adapt – you'll touch many parts of the codebase
• Excited to work with cutting-edge AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, etc.)
• Based in Europe
• Fluent English (Italian helpful)
