YOUR MISSION

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of advanced credit risk models, including credit scoring and fraud detection tools
• Enhance model performance using cutting-edge statistical and machine learning techniques
• Identify and integrate new data sources to refine risk prediction and improve credit decisioning accuracy
• Generate actionable insights to support underwriting, loan origination, and early warning systems
• Support the creation of forecasting tools and strategies to mitigate credit and operational risk
• Drive process automation through analytical innovations and data solutions
• Stay up to date with industry trends and modeling best practices, actively contributing to team knowledge and standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including risk, legal, operations, and customer service to deliver strategic data-driven outcomes.

YOUR PROFILE

• Higher education in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related STEM field
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in advanced analytics or data science, preferably in credit risk or a related domain
• Proficient in R and Python for statistical modeling and algorithm development.
• Strong SQL skills for data manipulation, querying, and extraction
• Solid grasp of statistical techniques, machine learning algorithms, and data modeling.
• Ability to translate business problems into data-driven solutions and communicate complex findings in clear terms
• Experience working in cross-functional and agile teams
• Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and a proactive mindset
