Full Stack Software Engineer

By operating in a new and rapidly evolving niche of software development, we help businesses to launch products and applications way faster than with traditional approaches.
We’re looking for a mid/senior-level Full Stack Developer to join our growing team.

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be working on these tasks:
- Architect and develop software solutions, including designing robust database logic and structures.
- Build and maintain scalable, high-performing web applications utilizing TypeScript, React, Nextjs, Nodejs and Nestjs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver innovative features and functionality.
- Lead and manage projects from inception to deployment, ensuring adherence to high standards of code quality and system security through rigorous testing and code reviews.
- Continuously research and adopt emerging technologies and industry trends to optimize existing processes and drive innovation.
Develop and enhance applications leveraging advanced frameworks, integrations, and custom functionalities. You will be expected to take advantage of agentic coding and its best practices.
Our ideal candidate will possess some or all of the following qualities:
- 4+ years of overall development experience and industry standards.
- Build and maintain scalable, high-performing web applications utilizing TypeScript, React (Next.js), Node.js (or PHP Laravel), Supabase.
- Has experience developing with Cursor, Claude Code, or similar agentic IDEs.
- Solid understanding and experience implementing common software design patterns.
- Strong software development fundamentals.
- Ability to lead and manage complex projects from inception to deployment.
- Experience working with REST and APIs in general.
- Experience with SQL databases and knowledge of best practices for efficiency.
- Basic knowledge of DevOps.
- General knowledge of CSS and HTML.
- Experience with TailwindCSS.
- At least basic experience with automated test suites.
- Good collaboration skills, ability to work in a team.
- Ability to write maintainable code and document it.
- Interest in new technology, AI, LLMs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and strong personal accountability.
- Strong English skills both verbal and written
- Ability to speak Lithuanian (for internal communication)

Hiring process:
- Application Review. We’ll contact shortlisted candidates to schedule a first-round interview
- Initial Interview. The first interview will be conducted by our HR team member and will focus on understanding your background, motivation for applying and clarify any questions about the role
- Technical Interview. The second interview with the hiring manager will be focused on your technical skills. This could include case study, problem-solving questions
- Final Interview. The final interview with the hiring manager involves deeper discussions around team dynamics, long-term alignment, and cultural fit
- Offer & Onboarding. If selected, we will extend a job offer with details on compensation and next steps

The salary ranges from €4000 to €6000 gross, depending on experience. Candidates with exceptional experience may be considered for a higher package.
