IT ADMINISTRATOR
What will you be doing?
- Address and resolve technical issues reported by employees, both remotely and on-site (software, hardware, connectivity, and access problems).
- Administer MS365 tenant including: Entra ID, Microsoft Exchange, Intune, SharePoint online, etc.
- Assist with access management for different systems.
- Prepare and maintain endpoints, deploy applications, configure policies.
- Maintain accurate asset inventories (hardware/software).
- Support the functionality of office peripherals such as printers and meeting room technology, including projectors and video conferencing systems.
- Contribute to user training and guidance on basic IT tools and best practices.
- Manage the process of retiring and disposing of old IT equipment in a secure and compliant manner.
What will help you succeed?
- 1+ year in IT field.
- Experience administering MS365 tenant.
- Solid troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software issues.
- Ability to solve complex tasks quickly and independently (with guidance when needed).
- Proficient in English and Lithuanian languages both written and verbal.
- Passion for continuous learning, innovation, and growing into a senior IT role over time.
- PowerShell experience for process automation (advantage).
- MS Defender and MS Purview knowledge (advantage).
