The Operations Specialist is a customer facing part of our Operations team. This role works cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Operations, Fulfillment, and Billing teams to input, analyze, and complete orders and get our product(s) to the customer.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Use your product and customer knowledge to accurately input data into Revel's ERP system (NetSuite)
- Take ownership of customer tickets, providing prompt resolution and updates in our ticketing system (ServiceCloud)
- Play a key role in managing the company's quote-to-cash process, ensuring smooth transactions from order placement to payment
- Deliver world-class customer experiences over the phone (max 15 calls/day)
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Fulfillment, and Finance teams to monitor inventory activities and support demand planning
- 1-2 years of customer service and/or hardware fulfilment experience
- Proficient written/spoken English is a must
- Strong experience with MS Office / Google docs
- Ability and willingness to work a late shift: Mon-Fri 17:00 - 01:30
- Ability and desire to process a high volume of orders into our ERP with accuracy while looking for opportunities for improvement
- Experience in a POS technical support environment is a plus
- Experience with ERP (NetSuite preferred) or CRM (Salesforce preferred) software is a plus
- Experience with a ticketing system is a plus (ServiceCloud preferred)

Salary starts at 1575 EUR gross with additional payment for night hours shift (up to 30%)
