As a Risk & Compliance Specialist, you will be part of the 2nd Line of Defence reporting directly into the Head of Risk & Compliance, working on a broad range of activities to strengthen the Company’s risk and compliance posture. You will be working closely with other teams to help ensure that business processes, internal controls, and operational practices align with applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies, as well as leading or assisting with risk and compliance reviews, audits and remediation activities, control testing, tracking and resolving risk issues and incidents.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage compliance and risk-related policies, procedures, controls, and templates, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and internal standards
• Manage internal registers, including documents and contracts, risk, issues, and action plans
• Perform regulatory horizon scanning by monitoring regulatory developments, guidance, and enforcement actions; prepare clear summaries
• Assist in identifying, documenting, and assessing compliance and operational risks, including contributing to risk assessments and control mapping
• Support the execution of compliance monitoring and assurance activities in line with the annual compliance and risk plan
• Support the planning, coordination, and tracking of mandatory training
• Assist with internal and external audits, regulatory reviews, and inspections by coordinating documentation, evidence collection
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps, control weaknesses, and opportunities to enhance risk and compliance effectiveness

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in risk management, compliance, risk, regulatory, or related roles, preferably in a regulated institution or consulting firm
• Understanding of applicable regulatory frameworks, including DORA, MiCA, PSD2, and AML/CFT requirements
• Experience in maintaining risk and compliance documentation, registers, and internal procedures
• Ability to monitor regulatory developments and analyse complex regulatory texts, translating requirements into clear, concise summaries and actionable insights
• Experience supporting audits, training coordination, or complaint handling is an advantage
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian

Salary:

2500 – 4000 €/monthly gross.
