We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead new projects and manage the full lifecycle of D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (FO) implementations, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, budget, and timelines while adhering to company procedures and standards. You will manage project documentation, risks, and financials, coordinate and develop cross-functional project teams, and ensure high-quality deliverables with clear, professional client communication. The role also includes:

• Managing negotiations and relationships with clients, partners, and subcontractors;
• Organizing system demonstrations, pilot operations, and client training;
• Contributing to department budget planning;
• Monitoring progress through activity reporting;
• Mentoring team members;
• Staying current with relevant D365 F&SCM technologies and representing Digmatix in client and partner engagements.

To be successful in this role, you:

• Have a minimum of 3 years of project management experience, preferably in IT or ERP projects;
• Possess a deep understanding of information systems and project-specific challenges;
• Hold a recognized project management certification (IT Project+, PMP, Prince2 Foundation, or equivalent);
• Are familiar with business processes across multiple domains;
• Communicate fluently in English (minimum B2 level);
• Demonstrate strong leadership and mentoring skills;
• Collaborate effectively across teams and departments;
• Are skilled in planning, organization, and scope & quality management.

Extra points if you bring:

• Experience with D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (FO) implementations;
• Microsoft D365 certifications (Finance, Supply Chain);
• Presales experience, including project scoping and estimation;
• Familiarity with industry-specific add-ons or integrations.

Salary range (gross, per month): from €3,200 to €5,500
