Senior DevOps / Infrastructure Engineer

This is an early-stage, security-focused company running real production infrastructure with a very lean team.

Infrastructure here isn’t support — it’s core to the product.

They’re looking for a senior, infrastructure-first engineer to take ownership, raise the bar, and help shape how the platform scales from an early stage.

What you’ll work on;

• Owning and improving a production Kubernetes environment
• Running Elastic and ClickHouse in a security-critical context
• Networking, routing, traffic management, and reliability
• Automating infrastructure with Ansible and scripting (Python / Go)
• Responding to real incidents and hardening systems over time
• Influencing how infrastructure evolves as the company grows

This is hands-on, end-to-end ownership.

You’re a hardcore infrastructure engineer who:

• Has run Kubernetes in production
• Is comfortable with Linux (including bare-metal)
• Understands networking fundamentals
• Enjoys automation and improving systems continuously

Practical details;

• Salary: ~€100k (flexible for the right person)
• Equity: Stock options included
• Location: Mostly remote
• On-site: ~1x per month (NL)
• Start: Targeting March
