Job description:

In this role, you will work on new and smart ways to make software development easier and faster.

You will:

• Create and improve advanced frameworks and new technologies for software IDE.
• Improve the developer experience, making software development simpler, more efficient, and smarter
• Help design the next-generation intelligent IDE, including multimodal interaction and distributed development
• Research and build AI-driven development tools (AI4SE) for a modern developer ecosystem
• Solve difficult technical problems related to AI-assisted development and bring new ideas into real products
• Work together with top universities and labs worldwide, join industry research and help design and build technical solutions
• Support the growth of the software IDE platform

Requirements:

You are an experienced engineer who enjoys new ideas and new technology.

You also bring:

• Several years of experience in software engineering and AIGC
• Experience with well-known engineering tools like Cursor, VSCode, IntelliJ IDEA or Copilot is a plus
• Good knowledge of AI and big data, such as NLP, machine learning, data mining, information search, semantic understanding, and recommendation systems
• Experience with code generation using LLM's is an advantage
• Strong interest in new technology and the ability to follow and understand the latest trend
• Good communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to work with different teams
