- Utilize HR data analytics and metrics to assess organizational effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred).
- Proven experience in HR business partnering or similar strategic HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage change and drive organizational development initiatives.
- Proficiency in HR data analytics and metrics-driven decision-making.
