We are looking for a passionate and skilled Data Analyst and BI Developer to lead our data visualization and analysis initiatives.  In this key role, you will be responsible for creating impactful business insights, dashboards, analyzing and uncovering trends, and identifying actionable solutions to drive business growth.  With a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making, you will leverage the existing Apache Superset to develop interactive dashboards that optimize performance, streamline operations, and unlock new revenue opportunities.  Your expertise will be instrumental in transforming data into insights that shape our strategic direction and operational success.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, execute, and manage visually compelling dashboards and reports using Apache Superset to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Analyze datasets from various sources to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure data is aligned with business goals.
• Identify issues in current workflows, processes, or performance metrics and recommend actionable solutions.
• Work with the development team to ensure data pipelines and ETL processes feed into Apache Superset effectively and efficiently.
• Translate complex data insights into understandable and actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy through robust quality assurance practices.
• Maintain detailed documentation for all dashboards, reports, and processes to ensure scalability and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Apache Superset, including dashboard design and optimization.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and querying.
• Experience with database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar).
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data pipeline management.
• Experience with Python, R, or other data analysis tools is a plus.

Experience:

• 3+ years in a BI Analyst, BI Developer, or similar data-focused role.
• Proven experience creating and managing dashboards for business use.
• Experience in lead generation or a similar industry is a plus.
• Experience in digital marketing analytics, specifically for PPC or programmatic campaigns, is preferred.
