Job Description

We are looking for a medior Scrum Master with a background in Agile practices to join one of our customers who plays a critical role in the global semiconductor industry, developing high-precision machines used for advanced chip manufacturing. Your role is to facilitate Agile processes, foster collaboration, and help the team achieve its objectives effectively and sustainably.

You will be working with a diverse group of physicists, mathematicians, computer scientists, and simulation experts, hardware engineers

Responsibilities:

• Facilitates team and support the processes, helps maintain focus, builds team synergy, and supports internal communication.
• Challenge is a nontypical IT team, which is diverse and young team and consist of hardware engineers, physicist, mathematician, computer scientist, simulation experts.
• Facilitate Scrum events (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives) and ensure Agile principles are followed.
• Support the team in maintaining focus, building trust, and improving communication and collaboration.
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile mindset, continuous improvement, and self-organization.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner (PO) to ensure clarity in the product backlog and help the team prepare for successful Program Increments (PI).
• Identify and remove impediments that block the team’s progress and promote efficient delivery.

Requirements:

• 3/4 years of professional experience as Scrum Master
• Agile certification (CSM, PSM I/II))
• Process facilitation, problem identification
• Strong communication, coaching, conflict resolution skills
