About the role

We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to design and enhance high-quality web and mobile digital experiences. In this role, you will contribute to end-to-end UX/UI design activities, combining strong design fundamentals with creativity, innovation, and analytical thinking to deliver intuitive and visually consistent interfaces.

You will work closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders in an agile environment, using Figma as your primary design tool and Jira to support delivery workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design user-centered digital experiences for web and mobile platforms;
• Create and deliver: user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs in Figma ,design specifications and handoff documentation for development teams;
• Apply strong UX/UI design principles, including usability, accessibility, layout, typography, and interaction design;
• Contribute to and maintain design systems and reusable components;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA, Business) to align design solutions with user needs and business goals;
• Support Agile delivery by organizing and tracking work through Jira
• Use analytical thinking to validate design decisions and continuously improve user journeys based on feedback and insights
• Promote creativity and innovation by proposing new ideas, patterns, and improvements to user experience

Requirements & Technical Skills:

• Proven experience as a Senior UX/UI Designer, with strong web and mobile design work;
• High proficiency in Figma (components, prototyping, design systems);
• Experience working in Agile teams using Jira;
• Strong knowledge of UX/UI design principles and best practices;
• Creativity and innovation mindset, with the ability to balance modern design with usability and consistency;
• Strong analytical capacity and structured problem-solving approach;
• French B2 mandatory
