The Role:
We are looking for an HR Generalist with about 2 years of experience in Recruitment to join our team and support the growth of the business through structured hiring processes and people-focused initiatives.
This role is strongly recruitment-driven and requires hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from role definition to hiring, in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, from role definition to offer stage (core responsibility);
- Work closely with Team Leaders across different departments to align on hiring needs, candidate profiles, and recruitment priorities;
- Manage and continuously improve the candidate and employee experience, including onboarding of new hires;
- Prepare recruitment reports and monitor key hiring metrics and KPIs;
- Support and coordinate initiatives related to company culture, training, employer branding, and continuous improvement of HR processes, aligned with business growth;
- Provide occasional support in HR administrative tasks, ensuring accurate organization and up-to-date HR information.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or Recruiter, with solid, hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes;
- Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented profile;
- Comfortable working in a growing company with evolving structures.
