Your new role
As a Senior Scrum Master, you will play a key role in driving Agile adoption across the organisation. Beyond facilitating ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, you will act as a coach and mentor, guiding teams in the practical application of Agile principles. You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Project Managers to ensure clarity of roles and responsibilities, while influencing Agile transformation at both team and organisational levels.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Championing Agile principles and practices, promoting continuous improvement and software craftsmanship.
- Coaching teams and stakeholders to embrace Agile methodologies and maximise value delivery.
- Supporting Product Owners in backlog management and prioritisation.
- Identifying and removing impediments to ensure team success.
- Acting as a mentor to foster self-organisation and high performance within teams.
- Driving organisational change and sharing best practices with other Scrum Masters.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master with strong Agile coaching skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with fluency in English (French is a plus).
- Solid technical background, ideally with previous experience as a developer.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage ambiguity and conflict.
- A collaborative mindset and a genuine passion for Agile transformation.
