Responsibilities

• Participate in cleaning, transforming, and analyzing large-scale datasets
• Build predictive models and implement machine learning algorithms
• Work with teams to understand business needs and explore data analytics possibilities
• Visualize data insights using tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Prepare detailed reports and communicate findings to teams and leadership
• Keep informed about the latest trends and technologies in data science and machine learning

Requirements

• Requirement to attend Lisbon office once per week
• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields
• Competent knowledge of statistical methods and data mining
• Experience with programming languages like Python or R
• Familiar with machine learning frameworks and libraries
• Strong analytical thinking and problem resolution skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Nice to have

• Hands-on with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka
• Exposure to deep learning and neural network techniques
• Knowledge of SQL and database management
