We're working with a media scale-up with a global reach, looking to recruit a Commercial Director of Finance on a permanent basis. Reporting to the COO and Senior Management Team, the remit of the role will be to take overall responsibility for the commercial finance function, driving planning & strategy, coordinating reporting, managing a small team, and leading on assessment of potential risks and investments.

Primarily, the focus will be on commercial elements of finance, including contract negotiations, pricing, long-term strategy across the whole of the P&L.

They're looking for a chartered accountant from a top practice with significant leadership experience within industry, ideally within the tech / media space. You will have a proven track record of partnering C-Suite stakeholders, managing growth and ideally acquisitions. You must be able to work closely with an entrepreneurial management team, adding commercial flair to the decision-making process. Exposure to large data-sets is highly advantageous.
