KEYONIQ is building a new generation of clinical decision support systems for preventive medicine. Our platform combines structured clinical evidence, data engineering, and advanced analytics to support physicians in risk assessment, stratification, and decision-making across key health domains.
We are looking for a Product Manager with a strong technical and analytical background to shape the development of user-facing and system-facing product capabilities. You will sit at the intersection of clinical requirements, data models, software architecture, and regulatory constraints, translating complex medical and technical concepts into scalable, usable products.
What you will do
- Work collaboratively on structured product development across clinical, technical, and regulatory domains in close collaboration with engineers, clinicians, and data scientists
- Design and implement early product prototypes, turning clinical and technical requirements into concrete workflows and functional system elements
- Translate clinical and user requirements into well-defined product specifications, workflows, and system behaviors
- Drive prioritization based on clinical relevance, technical feasibility, regulatory constraints, and long-term platform strategy
- Work closely with engineering teams to define system architecture boundaries, data flows, and integration requirements
- Collaborate with design to ensure workflows are usable, interpretable, and aligned with clinical reality
- Contribute to product positioning, feature definition, and differentiation from a technical and clinical perspective
- Support regulatory and quality processes (e.g. MDR, QMS) by ensuring product decisions are traceable, auditable, and aligned with intended use
- Define and track product success metrics across pilots and live deployments
- Act as a technical and clinical interface toward external stakeholders such as physicians, clinical partners, and pilot sites
What you bring
- 3–5+ years of experience in technical product management, preferably in digital health, medical software, or data-driven platforms
- Strong technical understanding of software systems, data pipelines, and product architectures
- Ability to translate clinical and scientific concepts into structured product requirements
- Experience working closely with engineers, data scientists, and domain experts
- Structured, analytical thinking and comfort working with complex systems and constraints
- Strong communication skills, especially in cross-functional and interdisciplinary settings
- Fluent German and business-fluent English
- Familiarity with regulated environments (e.g. MDR, ISO 13485) is a strong plus
You will play a central role in shaping how our clinical intelligence is translated into reliable, usable, and scalable products. This role goes beyond backlog management: you will help define how clinical knowledge becomes actionable software used in real-world medical decision-making.
