This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Product Designer. As the role expands beyond simple lead capture into more advanced sales qualification and research interviews, this position will significantly impact the quality and trust of user experiences. You will be instrumental in shaping journey experiences for agent-driven products while aligning design with technical realities. Your contributions will ensure that sales and research agents deliver efficient and credible insights, helping to develop scalable and dependable interactions that teams and customers can trust.

Accountabilities

  • Design clear and trustworthy agent experiences across Sales and Research use cases
  • Pair closely with a Senior Product Designer to align on intent and shared patterns
  • Own execution from specs to prototyping and design reviews
  • Keep product managers and engineers closely aligned on scope and feasibility
  • Systemize journeys and interaction patterns as the product scales into new scenarios
  • Identify and harden edge cases so experiences feel reliable and predictable
  • Use and contribute to the design system to create scalable and accessible patterns
  • Run usability testing and incorporate feedback into design iterations
  • Present design decisions and rationale clearly to a wide range of stakeholders

Requirements

  • 5 or more years of experience in digital product design
  • Strong experience working closely with product managers and engineers in cross-functional teams
  • Specialism in zero to one product development, not only feature improvements
  • Confidence across the full design process, from discovery through execution
  • Strong visual and interaction design skills, with a focus on clarity and usability
  • Hands-on experience conducting user research, usability testing, and iterating based on feedback
  • Experience designing AI-based or adaptive products
  • Experience working with design systems, including contributing new patterns
  • Proven experience designing SaaS products, ideally for marketer-focused tools
  • A solid portfolio with clear, well-structured case studies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Extra Awesome: If you have worked in the Customer Management System space before
