We are reshaping how educational content is created with an AI-first mindset. As an AI Workflow Engineer, you will build and refine the systems that drive our AI powered content production, from prompt flows to full pipelines that generate high quality textbooks, assessments and learning experiences.

For this opportunity, experience as a workflow or prompt engineer is not required, though it is desirable. What matters most is exceptional logical thinking, facility with understanding/solving technical problems, and the ability to express your thinking clearly. You should be genuinely excited about working with language models and efficiently making them reason about educational content.

What you’ll do:

  • Design, test, and refine multi-step AI workflows and prompt chains that produce structured, high-quality educational content at scale.
  • Translate pedagogical and editorial requirements into automated, metadata-driven processes that ensure consistent quality and alignment.
  • Develop reusable prompt templates, modular frameworks and content generation systems for lessons, quizzes, slides and other formats.
  • Debug, optimise and document AI workflows, prompts and datasets to improve reliability, speed, traceability and long-term reuse.
  • Experiment with and evaluate new AI models, tools and APIs and integrate suitable technologies into content production and validation pipelines to improve quality, speed and cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, curriculum specialists and product teams to prototype new AI-driven approaches and internal tooling that enhance both content creation and user-facing features.

What we’re looking for:

  • A strong academic background in a technical or analytical field, such as Philosophy, computational linguistics, natural language processing, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a closely related discipline.
  • Exceptional logical thinking skills that can be applied to the design and refinement of multi-step prompt chains and AI workflows.
  • Curiosity about how language models behave and a willingness to explore new methods to improve outcomes.
  • A methodical approach to debugging complex technical issues and an eagerness to learn unfamiliar systems quickly.
  • An analytical mindset that focuses on measurable improvement and communicates insights clearly to diverse teams.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively to iterate on workflows and improve AI-driven systems.
