Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage complex IT Infrastructure projects while also acting as a Scrum Master. This hybrid role requires strong project management expertise aligned with PMBOK principles, along with hands-on experience in Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban. The role focuses on ensuring timely delivery, team collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors for IT Infrastructure projects
• Ensure project delivery on time, within scope, and within budget
• Develop and manage detailed project plans using MS Project
• Perform risk management and handle changes in scope, schedule, and cost
• Report and escalate project issues appropriately
• Maintain project documentation and stakeholder communication

Scrum Master

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)
• Coach teams on Agile principles and Scrum practices
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize backlogs
• Remove impediments and promote continuous improvement
• Track and report Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts)

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong educational background, preferably in Computer Science or Engineering
• Proven experience as:
• Project Manager for IT Infrastructure projects
• Scrum Master in Agile environments
• Strong knowledge of PMBOK and Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
• Proficiency with MS Project and Agile tools (Jira, Rally, Trello)
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills

Certifications (Preferred)

• PMP or PRINCE II
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• Lean Project Management knowledge is a plus
