Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced SPM–Scrum Master to manage complex IT Infrastructure projects while driving Agile delivery. The role requires strong project management capabilities aligned with PMBOK standards, along with hands-on experience in Scrum and Kanban.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Lead and coordinate internal teams and external vendors for IT Infrastructure project delivery.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Create detailed project plans using MS Project and monitor progress.
• Manage risks, scope changes, timelines, and budgets.
• Prepare and present project reports; escalate issues when required.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure smooth stakeholder communication.

Scrum Master

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach teams on Agile values and ensure adherence to Scrum practices.
• Work with Product Owners to manage and refine the backlog.
• Remove blockers and promote continuous improvement.
• Track sprint metrics such as velocity and burndown charts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• Experience as a Project Manager in IT Infrastructure projects and as a Scrum Master.
• Strong understanding of PMBOK, Scrum, and Kanban.
• Hands-on experience with MS Project and Agile tools (Jira, Rally, Trello).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-handling skills.
• Preferred certifications: PMP/PRINCE2, CSM.
• Knowledge of Lean Project Management is a plus.
