Location: Gothenburg, Sweden (Onsite)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced professional who can manage complex IT Infrastructure projects while also facilitating Agile practices as a Scrum Master. This role requires strong project management expertise aligned with PMBOK principles and proficiency in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban. The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery of projects, foster collaboration, and drive continuous improvement across teams.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management:

• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution of IT Infrastructure projects

• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

• Develop detailed project plans using MS Project and track progress

• Perform risk management and manage changes in scope, schedule, and costs

• Report and escalate project execution issues as needed

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and stakeholder communication

Scrum Master Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)

• Coach teams on Agile principles and ensure adherence to Scrum practices

• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a prioritized backlog

• Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement

• Track team performance metrics (velocity, burndown charts) and share insights

Requirements & Skills

• Strong educational background, preferably in Computer Science or Engineering

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in IT Infrastructure projects and as a Scrum Master in Agile environments

• Solid understanding of PMBOK principles and Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)

• Proficiency in MS Project and Agile tools (Jira, Rally, Trello)

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills

• Certifications preferred: PMP / PRINCE II and Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

• Knowledge of Lean Project Management is a plus

Preferred Experience

• Managing multiple projects and programs simultaneously

• Working with distributed teams and large-scale Agile implementations

• Hands-on experience in iterative project releases and Agile planning

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
