Senior Software Developer (Hybrid) - Call Center

We are seeking collaborative and innovative software developers with a passion for pioneering banking solutions. As a key driver in our transformation journey, you'll play an integral role in re-architecting our banking solutions into a microservices-based ecosystem deployed on Kubernetes. You'll leverage cutting-edge design principles—including Clean Architecture, CQRS, Saga patterns, and event-driven architecture—using a robust tech stack built on .NET Core and React, all while thriving within an agile team environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of proven experience in fullstack development.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in Call Center/Contact Center solutions (IVR, omnichannel platforms, inbound/outbound campaign management).
• Strong understanding of OOP principles, design patterns, unit testing, performance testing, and resiliency strategies.
• In-depth knowledge of C# and SQL.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing scalable and high-performance applications.
• Familiarity with .NET Core, distributed systems, and microservices architectures.
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React and TypeScript is a plus.
• Experience in agile development environments is highly desirable, along with a demonstrated eagerness to continuously learn and experiment with new technologies to drive innovation and operational excellence.
• Experience with NoSQL databases is a plus.

• Contribute actively to business process development and support the improvement of continuity and quality standards.
• Design, develop, and maintain applications, architectural structures, and databases to meet business needs.
• Focus on developing and enhancing mission-critical call center and customer interaction solutions for the banking sector.
