Your Responsibilities

/ Collaborate with cross functional groups to improve and standardize digital solutions, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business needs across all factories.

/ Define the Industry 4.0 strategy and digital transformation roadmap together with the factory and drive the implementation.

/ Coordinate digital transformation demands within the local and global key user network and factory stakeholders.

/ Leading and actively participating in digitalization projects in the shop floor, focusing on connectivity, data analysis, and AI supported process optimization.

/ Maintain adherence to industry standards and best practices in digital solution implementation to support long-term scalability and reliability.

Your profile

/ University degree in Engineering disciplines such as Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electronic, and Industrial Engineering.

/ Basic knowledge of database management systems, cloud services (AWS) and data visualization tools (Power BI, Grafana, etc.).

/ Experience with PLCs, MES, ERP systems, and a programming language e.g. Python, is a plus.

/ Strong analytical thinking skills, team-oriented, and eager to learn.

/ Fluency in English both written and spoken.
