Digital Systems and Data Supervisor

We are seeking a Digital Systems and Data Supervisor to manage the telematics system within our distribution network, which encompasses monitoring driver behavior under health and safety standards and tracking temperature compliance with GDP guidelines during the transportation of pharmaceutical products.

General Qualifications:

• Graduated from relevant departments of universities (Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business, Logistics, etc.)
• Experienced in telematics systems and fleet management
• Proficient in English
• Knowledgeable about relevant regulations
• Military service completed for male candidates
• Residing in or able to reside in Istanbul or surrounding areas

Job Description:

• Minimize risks related to GDP compliance and temperature monitoring for the fleet
• Conduct driver quality and health and safety training through telematics applications and perform reporting
• Support strategic decisions through operational reporting
• Manage telematics tool integration and monitor driver behavior
• Implement systems to reduce traffic accidents and improve safety metrics
• Develop sustainable fleet management to reduce CO2 emissions

Successful Candidate Will Have:

• Degree/experience in Supply Chain/Transportation/Software. Relevant certifications in logistics, supply chain management, or equivalent work experience will be considered
• In-depth knowledge of transportation operations
• Familiarity with telematics software
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions
• Confidence in developing relationships with sites and the commercial team, with the ability to communicate at all levels
• Strategic thinking ability and problem-solving mindset to optimize transportation operations
• Willingness and flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and deadlines
• Knowledge with data visualization and reporting tools (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, etc.)
• Fluent in English
