Responsibilities
About the role
We’re looking for a versatile Product Designer to join us on a 6-12-month, fixed-term engagement focused on delivering a defined product initiative. This role blends UX and UI expertise with strong business and product thinking and is scoped to support a time-bound set of outcomes rather than a permanent team placement.
You’ll collaborate closely with Product and Engineering, as well as Customer Support, Marketing, and other stakeholders, to design and refine key product experiences. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll balance design ambition with practical constraints and play a meaningful role in shaping the product over the course of the project.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders to shape product features from problem definition to delivery.
- Identify customer and user needs by working closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Turn complex workflows into intuitive, functional user experiences aligned with the design guidelines.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs to guide decision-making and development.
- Communicate and document design work clearly - from concepts and ideas to specifications, developer handoff and feature documentations.
- Help prioritize design efforts based on user value, feasibility, and business impact within project timelines.
- Make pragmatic design decisions informed by data, user input, and available resources.
- Support continuous improvement by iterating quickly based on feedback and outcomes during the engagement.
- Manage your work and design deliverables with autonomy and accountability, maintaining clear communication and workflow in tools like Jira or Monday.
- Development fund of 3k PLN per year per head
- Flexibility in choosing the type of contract
- Paid holiday
- Private healthcare (Luxmed via Warta)
- Sports card (Multisport)
- Free English classes
- Team building and socializing events
- Competitive salary
- Udemy access etc.
