We’re looking for a talented Data Scientist to join our IT team in Warsaw and turn Computer Vision ideas into production-ready solutions. You’ll work across the full lifecycle—from PoCs and MVPs to enterprise-scale deployments—ensuring high-quality data, building microservice-based components, and pushing model performance to the next level.

The successful candidate will leverage Generative AI Models where applicable and support project deliverables by collaborating closely with Customer stakeholders.
A critical component of this role is analyzing and interpreting findings, drawing actionable conclusions, and making recommendations that include expected benefits and measuring Return on Investment (ROI) for enhancing business processes.

- 3+ years of real-world experience turning ideas into production-ready solutions
- Strong Python skills (OOP mindset) and a solid grasp of SQL
- Hands-on expertise in Machine Learning & Computer Vision, using tools like PyTorch, OpenCV, NumPy, HuggingFace, LangChain,SKLearn, XGB, LightGBM, Polars, Dask, and Vision AI APIs (GCP)
- A strong foundation in ML theory — you know not just how models work, but why
- Experience owning the full ML lifecycle: understanding business needs, preparing data, building features, evaluating models, testing hypotheses, and deploying to production
- Confidence working in the cloud (GCP/Azure)
- Professional English skills (B2+), written and spoken
