We’re hiring an experienced HR Business Partner / Employee Relations Specialist to support employees and leaders. You’ll act as a trusted adviser on performance, conflict resolution, and compliance in a dynamic, international environment.
Key focus areas:
• Employee Relations & ER management
• Labor law & country compliance
• Coaching managers and employees
• People data analysis & HR initiatives
• Stakeholder collaboration across EMEA
Requirements:
• 5+ years in HR BP / ER / HR Generalist roles
• English C1, Polish nice to have.
• Strong influencing and communication skills
• Experience in international HR environments
