Business Analyst – Luxury Real Estate | Dubai

Salary: AED 15,000 – 18,000 + Benefits

Location: Dubai, UAE

A prestigious luxury real estate developer in Dubai is seeking a stand-alone Business Analyst to report directly to the CEO. This is a high-visibility role where your insights will directly influence strategic and operational decisions across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse financial, operational, and project data to support decision-making
• Develop reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for senior management
• Support feasibility studies, performance tracking, and process improvements
• Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, operations, IT, and project teams

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in real estate or property development
• Strong financial and analytical skills
• Advanced Excel and BI tools (Power BI preferred)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• UAE-based candidates only
